On Saturday 4 March the County A Team played Stockport in the Semi-Final of the Inter-County Championship but unfortunately lost 16 points to 24. Joe Peters said that despite the result it was a spirited performance by Cambridgeshire and it had been an honour to captain such a fantastic team. He was pleased to see that when people were not bowling they stayed and supported their team mates throughout the day.
