Our penultimate game of the season was a home game on Sunday 3rd December against Suffolk. We were hoping to win to secure second place in our group.
The singles both won one game and lost one. The pairs won two and triples one unfortunately no bonus points. Both fours won one game each and also the bonus points.
Going into the final round we needed to win three out of the four games to win over Suffolk. Unfortunately the final score was 16/24 to Suffolk.
We know it is a mammoth task, but our last game is in the new year on the 7th of January at home to Norfolk. The points achieved in this game will decide whether we go through to the knockout in the main competition or plate.
